Returns & Refunds
If for some reason we make a mistake with your order and it is returned for replacement, we will pay for the shipping costs to return the order and also the shipping costs to redeliver to you. It is not your error and therefore you should not have any extra inconveniences. However, we do inspect our goods thoroughly for factory damages and make sure we use the correct color and sizing before decorating them. And we send you a jpeg file for approval on colors and sizing before we send your order to our production department.
The only time we can provide a customer with a full refund is if we made a mistake with blank goods.
If the customer wants to return an order for a reason other than an error we made with blank goods, we would charge 25% for processing and restacking fee in addition to the cost for shipping to have the goods returned to us. No refunds on decorated apparel, only replacements.
