While we do our very best to avoid even the most minimum margin for errors, accidents and errors do happen, even if it’s once in a blue moon.  Therefore, we assure our customers to trust us and if for some reason we make an error, we will take the wrong order/goods back and replace it if the error is reported within 5 working days after its delivery.  Let us know whether it is the wrong size or color, wrong color of threads used, etc.  We rest assured that errors or mistakes are not common because we practice a very good procedure that ensures 99.9% accuracy.
