Can I speak to a live person to place my order or have my questions/concerns answered?

You certainly can.  Sometimes we feel the need to speak to a live person to get answers or reassurance or even to place orders.  We do provide you with a phone number and we do answer the phone to take good care of our customers.  And if our line is busy, you can text or email us.  We do return the call immediately after hanging up with previous customer.   We use a mobile phone instead of landlines to make it convenient for customers to text us with information, questions or pictures.

Can I get a sample item before you run my order?

Yes, of course.  We can ship a sample to you at the cost of 3 times at the “one dozen cost”, depending on what it is. Plus shipping costs.
